6-Week Course & Live Group Coaching
Raising Securely Attached Children
How to nurture resilience, a healthy sense of self, and emotional well-being
What if one of the most powerful things you could do for your child’s future mental and emotional health started with the relationship you’re building with them today?
We all want our children to grow into adults who know who they are, who can handle disappointment and adversity without falling apart, who believe they’re worthy of love and belonging, who can build healthy relationships—and who know they can turn to us when life gets hard.
The foundations for so much of this begin in our earliest and most important relationships.
Raising Securely Attached Children is a 6-week course and live group coaching program that will help you understand how attachment develops—and, most importantly, what you can actually do as a parent to foster a secure attachment with your child.
You’ll learn how everyday interactions with your child can help support the development of a healthy sense of self, emotional resilience, stronger relationships and lifelong mental and emotional well-being.
And if you recognize patterns in your relationship that concern you, this isn’t about blame or believing you’ve somehow “messed up” your child.
It’s about understanding what’s happening—and learning what you can do differently moving forward.

Why Attachment Matters
Attachment is about far more than having a close or loving relationship with your child.
Our early attachment relationships play a foundational role in children’s social and emotional development and can influence how they come to experience themselves, other people and relationships.
A secure attachment can provide an important foundation from which children develop the capacity to explore the world, cope with difficult emotions, build relationships and develop a healthy sense of themselves.
And here’s something every parent needs to know:
Secure attachment does not require perfect parenting.
It is built through the patterns that develop across thousands of ordinary moments—how we respond when our child is distressed, how we navigate conflict, how we set limits, how available and responsive we are, and how we reconnect when things don’t go well.
Those are things we can learn to recognize.
And they’re things we can work on.
What You'll Learn
Over six guided weeks, you’ll learn:
- How secure attachment develops and what helps children experience their caregiver as a reliable source of support
- How the different insecure attachment patterns develop and how they can show up in the parent-child relationship
- How to begin recognizing attachment patterns that may be developing in your own relationship with your child
- What you can do within each attachment pattern to foster a secure attachment and support healthier emotional development
- How the way you respond to your child can influence their developing sense of self, resilience, ability to manage emotions and expectations of relationships
- How to respond differently when you recognize patterns that aren't serving your child or your relationship
- The core practices you can begin incorporating into everyday parenting to foster a secure attachment with your child
This isn’t about putting a label on your child.
It’s about giving you a framework for understanding what may be happening underneath their behavior—and what they need from you in those moments.
More Than a Course: Teaching + Live Group Coaching
Information is useful.
But parenting rarely happens in neat examples from a presentation.
You might understand a concept perfectly—and then wonder:
"Okay, but what do I actually do when my child does this?"
That’s why Raising Securely Attached Children combines recorded teaching with live group coaching.
You’ll learn the framework on your own time and then have opportunities to bring your questions, challenges and real-life parenting situations into our live sessions.
Recorded Teaching
You’ll learn how secure and insecure attachment patterns develop, what they can look like, and—throughout each module—what you can do as a parent to interrupt patterns that aren’t serving your child and intentionally foster a secure attachment.
Week 4
Live Group Coaching
We’ll pause after the first part of the program so you can bring your questions into a live conversation.
Ask about the concepts you’ve learned, situations you’re encountering at home, or areas where you’re struggling to translate the material into actual parenting.
Week 6
Integration + Live Group Coaching
We’ll bring everything together with focused teaching on the core practices for fostering a secure attachment, followed by live group coaching and Q&A.
The goal is for you to leave not simply understanding attachment—but knowing what you can begin doing differently in your everyday relationship with your child.
What You'll Receive

What If My Child Is Already Older?
One of the most painful thoughts a parent can have when learning about attachment is:
“I wish I had known this sooner.”
Maybe your child isn’t little anymore.
Maybe they’re ten. Fifteen. Twenty.
Maybe you’re already recognizing patterns in your relationship that you wish were different.
Attachment is relevant throughout the lifespan. Learning about it now still matters.
Relationships aren’t frozen in time. New experiences within relationships can matter, and repair is an important part of healthy relationships.
During our live coaching sessions, you’re welcome to bring questions about older children and different developmental stages.
The goal isn’t to look backward and decide what you should have done differently.
It’s to understand your relationship more clearly so you can make intentional choices about what you do from here.
You Don't Have to Parent Perfectly to Foster a Secure Attachment
Your child doesn’t need a parent who gets every interaction right.
There will be moments when you’re impatient.
Times when you misunderstand what your child needs.
Boundaries your child hates.
Conflicts you don’t handle the way you wish you had.
That’s part of being human—and part of being in a relationship.
What matters isn’t eliminating every difficult moment. It’s understanding the patterns being created over time and becoming more intentional about how you respond, reconnect and repair.
Because the relationship you’re building with your child isn’t only about your relationship today.
It can become part of the foundation from which your child learns:
Who am I?
Am I worthy of care and connection?
Can I trust other people while still trusting myself?
Can I handle difficult emotions and recover when life doesn't go my way?
Can I build relationships without losing myself inside them?
Understanding attachment gives us a powerful framework for becoming more intentional about the answers our children develop to questions like these.
And that’s what this program is ultimately about:
Helping you use the relationship you have with your child today to support the resilient, emotionally healthy person they are becoming.
